[WSBAPT] Declinations

John, I’ve never had my Declinations notarized and have never had a problem with the court (King County).

Do Declinations to serve as PR need to be notarized?  I reviewed the statutes and did not find any such requirement, but just wanted to double check that I am not missing something critical.
