[WSBAPT] Vietnamese Will, US Citizen

Hello Listmates
I am looking for any advice on seeking to have court decide on the validity of a foreign Will (from Vietnam with English Translation) signed 4 months ago, or just open probate as intestate? Background,  Client is US Citizen, owns property here in WA, moved to Vietnam 5 months ago, got married, and died last month (not from COVID).
