[WSBAPT] [ADV] Re: Excise Tax on Easement

I have never submitted an excise tax affidavit for an easement. Neither Pierce nor King has ever requested one when recording and I’ve never run into a problem. If I’m doing it wrong, by all means, I’d like to know.
