[WSBAPT] Social Security Benefits and Remarriage

Listmate,

 

Client, a widow receiving a survivor's Social Security benefit, wants to
remarry.  Would remarriage terminate that benefit?  Would they be better off
doing a Registered Domestic Partnership?
