Hi Listmates,

I have a former client who sent me the following request:

"Are you familiar with sandwich lease options/rent to own transactions? I'm
looking to work with an attorney who knows how to handle those."

I clarified with him that he is talking about residential vs. commercial.  I
think he is interested in working with someone in the local
(Seattle/Eastside) area.

All referrals will be passed on to him.  Thanks!
