[WSBAPT] What to do if client believes a Will is being hidden

[JOYCE SCHWENSEN]

My client believes that the decedent's surviving spouse is hiding the Will. Do any of you have suggestions on the best course of action. If there was no Will that benefits the person we believe to be hiding the Will, so filing for an adjudication of intestacy and heirship won't help. Is filing a TEDRA action the best course of action?
