[WSBAPT] referral to real estate attorney (specific performance action)

Dear Listmates,
I am looking for a referral to a Seattle attorney who would be available to
help on a specific performance action (involving a recent real estate deal
where the seller took escrow money and then either backed out or ended up
accepting a follow-up offer). I don't have many additional details.

An attorney and former colleague has reached out asking for connections to
a contract attorney in the real estate world with pretty short-term
availability, but it could also work if you have your own practice and
experience in this area and are available to co-counsel or otherwise assist
on the project.
