[WSBAPT] Estate Sale

My mother hired a company to do an estate sale for her in the SF/Bay Area last weekend.  She did nothing and just left everything to be sold in the house and in the cabinets.  The estate sale company charged 50% of the sales.

I have a client in Edmonds who is in need of an Estate Sale company and has met with a company called Pro Estate Services. The company charges 50% of the estate sale.

Does anyone have any input about whether this is the going rate in general or about this company specifically? Any other suggestions for a reputable company in North King or South Snohomish County?
