[WSBAPT] Providing Client with word version of draft demand

When you protect for editing pdf documents it's not so simple to convert,
especially with draft watermarks. Not impossible, but very difficult.

I agree with Stacey, that the documents belong to the client. What is
interesting to me is the assumption that only Word documents can be easily
edited. A pdf document can easily be converted to Word by inexpensive or
even free software.
