[WSBAPT] REVOCABLE TRUST, Corporation

If Bob Jones conveys his property to “June Jones, Fred Jones and Kim Jones, as trustees of the Jones Family Living Trust dated June 1, 2016” then Bob Jones’ name wouldn’t show as “owner” but a search at the Auditor’s office would show Bob Jones conveyed to the trust.

A conveyance to a corporation would simply show “The Jones Corporation” as “owner” at the Auditor’s Office (though again, if Bob Jones conveyed to the Corporation, that conveyance would show on any search), but a simple search of the Secretary of State’s records would show that the “Governors”; so if Bob Jones is a “Governor”, his name would show that way.

Subject: [WSBAPT] REVOCABLE TRUST, Corporation

In line with the prior post re people not wanting their names to listed as an owner of real property, if they used a Trust deeded property to his children as Trustees, would Trustor's name still show up in a records search as owning the property?
How about a corporation - would only the registered agent be listed? Thanks
