[WSBAPT] Probate in Utah?

Hi Listmates:

 

I've spoken with a potential client who owns real property in Utah.  We are
discussing what strategies would make sense for him re: estate planning.
Does anyone have a "read" on the relative difficulty of probate in Utah?
Manageable?  Or, worth creating a trust to avoid?
