I have been asked by WSBA staff to send out this email with the flyer for an upcoming seminar.

The seminar will be held on December 11th at the Washington State Bar Association's Conference Center.  It will focus on practical guidance. Topics include privacy issues in home purchases, case law updates, intellectual property issues, study groups, accountings, tips from the bench and ethical issues related to probate and trust practice.
