[WSBAPT] Pro Bono

[John McCrady]

Low income Tacoma PC (SSI recipient) is also a small shareholder in a tribal corporation that pays her an amount that is just over the SSI income limits.  Social Security is telling her that she can use a Trust (PC thinks they mentioned a special needs trust) to avoid being disqualified.
I have no expertise in special needs trusts; is anyone out there willing to help her?
