I am taking the leap and preparing to hire my first full-time assistant.
If you are aware of anyone who is looking to expand and explore their
entrepreneurial spirit as much as service as a legal assistant, then they
may be the perfect fit!

If you do know someone, please do not have them contact me directly as in
order to put into practice the issues of equity and inclusion that I have
been learning through my volunteer efforts with the WSBA, the first round
of interviews and screening will be conducted by a third-party HR company;
and then any candidates will be presented to me without reference to
gender, race, ethnicity, or sexuality.  For obvious reasons, any candidate
will be advised as to my status such that if they have a problem with it -
they need not apply.

The base pay is listed, but incentive/bonus after benchmarks obtained would
nearly double the base.

The job would be located from my home office located on the West Hill of
Auburn in South King County.
