[WSBAPT] Looking for an expert in German Estate Planning Laws

Listmates-- is there someone in the Seattle area that might be conversant on German laws regarding taxation of estates?  A client of mine is concerned that Germany/ the EU might impose an inheritance tax on a bequest to his daughter, who is a German citizen.  My client has no assets in Germany.
