Subject: [WSBAPT] Ref Bend Oregon Ancillary probate

Been awhile since had to have an ancillary probate. I had heard that some states were revamping the process to do away with the need for an ancillary probate and allow a State with an open probate to use its authority for the PR to sign a deed and transfer in its State.  Any one know current la in Oregon? Anyone with a referral for an atty in Bend?
