[WSBAPT] Referral to Attorney in CA

Hi Candace - Most of the assets are in an investment account with a advisor we have a relationship with.  There is a Condo and personal property in CA.  I believe that is all there is.

If the estate can be fully and efficiently administered by in state-licensed, but out of state located, counsel - then we would always rather probate the estate with someone we know.  We have a number of institutional beneficiaries and a complex family dynamic.   Is that something you can do?

I'm barred and actively practicing in CA, if they don't need counsel who is physically based in El Cerrito.
