[WSBAPT] Combined probate of mother and daughter?

I have done husband and wife so don't see any reason why a mother and died cannot be done in one probate given the daughter was an only child as long as the mother was not married at the time of her death.

Subject: [WSBAPT] Combined probate of mother and daughter?

Anyone ever tried a combined estate of mother and daughter? Daughter is only child. Mom died intestate 2010, Daughter died intestate 2012. Only asset is a parcel of real property. I think this would work but I don't want King County Clerk to balk at it, or perhaps I am missing an obvious problem with trying to do this in a single probate administration?
