Is the property also being sold, or only the personal property items?  If
the real estate is being sold I highly recommend the Townley Team, Nathan
and Ruth.  He is the realtor and she does all the coordinating on other
tasks.  They helped sell a property "as-is" for a probate I worked on and
did a wonderful job.  My client was very happy.

List mates,

 

I would appreciate some referrals to companies who will purchase the items
in a home/apartment "as is" and take care of removal, etc.  This is not a
hoarding situation, but instead a family who emotionally cannot handle
packing up the items and selling them.  Nothing of much value, just basic
household furniture and cookware.  I would like to provide the client with a
few options, if possible.  Thank you so much for your assistance!
