List mates,

I would appreciate some referrals to companies who will purchase the items in a home/apartment "as is" and take care of removal, etc.  This is not a hoarding situation, but instead a family who emotionally cannot handle packing up the items and selling them.  Nothing of much value, just basic household furniture and cookware.  I would like to provide the client with a few options, if possible.  Thank you so much for your assistance!
