[WSBAPT] Liseserv “bouncebacks” message

I keep getting these messages:

Your membership in this listserv has been disabled due to excessive bouncebacks. 

This has been going on periodically for months. I keep updating, resubscribing, etc as suggested but keep getting the warning messages.  
Is anyone else still getting these?  Is there a solution?
