[WSBAPT] Referral - Coeur d'Alene Tribal allotments

PC’s mother died with $29,000 in the bank and 7 allotment (shares) with the Coeur d’Alene Tribe in Idaho.  Anyone well-versed in the transfer (probate?) of tribal allotments? I have done it once, but think it may be more efficient (cost and time) for PC to engage an attorney who has more experience with tribal allotments.
