Dear Listmates,

I need a referral who could step in on a complaint for quiet title that needs to be filed in Snohomish County.  It regards a mortgage loan that remains on title years after the SOL has run.

I've already drafted the complaint, but just discovered that we have a conflict because of corporations acquiring other corporations.

If you're interested, our client has a legal benefits plan called CLC, which means he receives 25% off the regular hourly rate for our litigation.  If you're either a CLC provider or are willing to take on the case at 25 percent off, please let me know.  I need to find someone else for him as soon as possible.
