  1.  Any recommendations for a probate attorney in Palm Springs.  Potential client has a document I suspect is a request to close an ancillary probate for a condo located there and client wants to understand any risks of agreeing to the closing without a final accounting.


  1.  Potential client’s partner (unmarried, but registered domestic partners) died.  Minimal assets, but surviving partner would like to determine if he has any rights vis-a-vis surviving parents.
