I have yet another referral request.  This is for an acquaintance of mine whose disabled adult brother was hit by a garbage truck in Sea-Tac (I think) in January 2019.  The brother was in his wheelchair at the time, and the police report indicates it was the wheelchair-bound “pedestrian’s” fault.   My client and his brother dispute the report.  There is also a video of the incident, but I had a hard time seeing much in it.

Does anyone know of an attorney who might be willing to assist with this?
