[WSBAPT] Recording Durable Power of Attorney for Financial Decisions

Remember once recorded, if it is revoked and a new one entered you need to record the revocation.

We never record them either unless there is an actual reason that requires us to record (i.e. real estate transactions etc). Complications with revocation as well as future changes, which is quiet common with my clients.

Ditto.  Rarely do it, for reasons mentioned.  Not only that, but its a quick $100 or more recording fee to client for something unnecessary.
