[WSBAPT] Recording Durable Power of Attorney for Financial Decisions

This has rarely been an issue for me, as any revocation must be in writing anyway and I prefer that it be of record to avoid disputes about notice.  However, it’s just my own practice and we are each entitled to our own approaches to recording or not recording.  I’m sure the clients are served well either way.

Also note as I seem to recall that if you DO record a POA, that the only way to revoke or modify is by recording another.
