I have reviewed many cell tower easements and am familiar with their terms which by now are relatively standardized as far as the boilerplate language is concerned. Although my practice is mainly in the south sound I would appreciate the opportunity to review the easement agreement on your client's behalf.

Here is my second referral request of the day!  A client of mine needs a referral for someone to review an easement agreement with one of the large phone carriers for a cell tower on his property.  We have a conflict and can't assist.

The property is in Monroe, I think.  All referrals will be forwarded to the client.
