Hi there -

A client and friend needs help with a home mortgage that went awry.  The home loan broker made a series of admitted and documented mistakes that resulted in him ending up with a mortgage rate that was much higher than they told him it would be, and in reliance on that information he bought a house beyond what he can comfortably afford.
