[WSBAPT] Spokane Area Referral: IRS unpaid/unfiled taxes

Hello all:

I have a client who needs assistance dealing with unfiled & unpaid taxes on an IRA distribution he received in 2012 from his father. He is on SSI & disabled. The funds were placed in a D4C trust for his benefit and to maintain his eligibility for SSI, Medicaid & housing assistance when he received the IRA. Apparently taxes were not filed that year. First correspondence from the IRS received last week.

Please send referrals (self-referrals are ok) to represent him with the IRS.
