[WSBAPT] Changing beneficiaries of an irrevocable trust

Hello, trusted list mates.

I have a client who has a classic A/B trust (u/a 2002) with her husband,
who is now deceased. H's bypass trust was created in 2012 when he passed
and is funded with various cash assets.

H and W have one living son, who has one daughter and a step-daughter. The
original 2002 trust provisions provide for 100k to be left to granddaughter
and remainder to son.

In 2015, another attorney updated the distribution provision (including as
to H's bypass trust) so that 50k goes to granddaughter, 25k to
step-granddaughter, and remainder to son. It doesn't appear anyone's
approval was ever sought or obtained.

All parties are amicable and would respect W's wishes on how to amend the
distributions. She wants all to go to son now.

My question is: how to do this when one of the beneficiaries of the
irrevocable trust is a minor? Can son consent on her behalf? I see nothing
about this in Title 11 and haven't run into this issue as to minors before.
Any thoughts? Forms you could share?

Thank you!
