[WSBAPT] Referral needed in Snohomish

Have a case I need to refer to a Snohomish attorney. Guy got (Kitsap county) house in divorce, wife was to pay HELOC, she didn’t. Home foreclosed. The case was just ordered transferred to Snohomish from Lincoln county.  Guy lives out of state, wife in Snohomish hence why it is there now.
