[WSBAPT] TRUST QUESTION

Has anyone converted a Court-supervised trust administered by a professional trustee for a special needs beneficiary under a guardian to a trust only administered under the Trust Act?  It seems the Court supervision is not really necessary with the protections under the Trust Act, and the triennial accounting and hearing expense would be saved.
