[WSBAPT] Another Will Search

I have said this once before, and I will say it one more time and then I will shut up forever.  If you would like one of us to look in our files to see if we have that will, it would be nice if in your initial email you would let us know who you represent.  We have client confidences to keep, but if your client has a legitimate interest in the estate, then we will probably feel comfortable in giving you information.  All we need is a sentence that says, "I represent her daughter, Debby Knutson."
I am not suggesting that your request is improper.  I am just suggesting that the holder of the will needs (or would like) a bit more comfort.
