Try Fourth Corner Network. They are a Whatcom and Skagit Process server,
that also provides support services.

Subject: [WSBAPT] Whatcom county filing help

I represent an heir in a Whatcom County probate, and have just discovered
that Whatcom doesn't accept fax or efiling. Does anyone have a
recommendation on how to most efficiently file in Whatcom from Seattle?
Maybe fax to a messenger service in Whatcom? Send by FedEx?

Sincerely,

Eric
