I need to refer a client to someone who is licensed in both WA and Idaho
for her father’s estate (died in Idaho) involving a step-mother attempting
to sell Idaho home/property when 6 children of deceased father own 50%.
There appears to be other properties as well and no probate opened.  Most
of the 6 children live in WA.  Self-referrals are fine…  Thank you.
