Good afternoon -

I have a potential client with two major issues and am hoping to help her find an attorney.

Issue one she describes as a “civil rights" issue having to do with the local (Spokane) community college and her son. Her son is 40 and disabled due to a head injury that occurred when he was 20. She says it is an ongoing issue but she did not elaborate more on any specifics.

Issue two is her recent (June 2018) purchase of a home in Spokane. She states that her realtor is carrying the loan on the house and the home inspection was done by his friend. She states that the prior owners were elderly and their son sold the home for them and “covered up” the black mold issue that is a nightmare for them and the home inspector did not tell her it was an issue.

Any thoughts on a referral for one or both of these issues? She contacted the clinic at Gonzaga as well as the Center for Justice and they said they do not handle these types of cases.
