[WSBAPT] Lack of probate affidavit and bolivian death certificate

Good morning,

I am preparing a lack of probate affidavit for a gentleman whose deceased
spouse was Bolivian and passed away in Bolivia.  The death certificate is
from Bolivia and is in Spanish.

Is there a requirement and/or good reason to have the death certificate
translated into English in order to attach it to a LOPA that is being
recorded in Washington state?
