[WSBAPT] Social Security Windfall Elimination Provision

Help!

Have any of you dealt with the Windfall Elimination Provision (42 U.S.C. sec 415(a)(7))?  I have a client in need of an expert involving a pension earned while he was living in Canada and reduction of his Social Security as a result of his eligibility for the Canadian pension.  Can anyone help with this?
