[WSBAPT] Licensed in California?

[Adrienne Keith Wills]

Hi Listmates:  Looking for a referral to pass on to a potential client;
would love to get the name of someone in Seattle who is also licensed in
California.  The potential client has a need to give authority to her money
manager in the LA-area to pay bills.  Potential client is now living in
Washington with her daughter; she's separated from her spouse (w/ dementia)
who is in California.
