[WSBAPT] Corporate Formation for Co. that meets certain conditions

Hello Fellow Listserv Members:

Our office got a call looking for someone to help incorporate a business to serve Disabled VA vets and other unique issues.  The corporation has some special needs to qualify for the type of business it is (at the Federal Level).

If this sounds familiar to you or an attorney you may know, please post.  I did inform the person it was not something I could help with but that I'd check.
