[WSBAPT] AZ company shares owned by WA resident - probate

I vote with Nestor.  The shares are not only personal property, they are intangible property.  Probate them in the resident state of the dearly departed.

Shares are personal property. Think about it this way, if your client owned shares in Dupont you wouldn’t open an estate in Delaware. Its transferred in the WA estate.

Decedent a WA resident. Shareholder in an AZ company. Probate open here.

It's possible to transfer those shares via the probate here right? No need to open an ancillary probate in AZ? I'm thinking no but would love the collective wisdom of the group.
