[WSBAPT] Lost Will Search - Linda M. Williamson - Whatcom County

Down here in Oregon, we have an unwritten listserv protocol that works pretty well. Due to reasons of professional ethics/confidences, lawyers are not permitted to disclose for whom they have prepared wills or trusts. But if someone has died, and the nominated PR or successor trustee needs the document, different rules apply. So I suggest that if anyone is seeking a missing will/trust, please disclose the relationship of the person you represent, whether they are nominated as a fiduciary, and when the old man died. Or old woman. Then the rest of us will feel more comfortable giving out the requested information.
And, as in this inquiry, indicate where the decedent lived. Helps narrow the search.
Thanks for listening,
Phil Jones
