List serve,   This is off topic- but I am throwing a very wide net!!!!

I am looking for a sub who can appear for me in the WW Dist. Court
(Federal – 700 Stewart St, Seattle) on_ __TUES, DECEMBER 17 AT 9:00
A.M_. on a pro bono Hague case of mine.

This is a show cause hearing that should result in either a default or
a continuance.

By way of background, I filed a Hague Petition for the Return of
Children. A hearing on an order to show cause was set for December 17,
2019 at 9:00 a.m. Unfortunately, I am out of town for the holidays.

Based on an oral agreement with pro se Mom, on 12/4, I moved to ReNote
to January. Since J. Lasnik is gone all of Jan & Feb, we were
transferred to J. Jones.  J. Jones hasn’t ruled, so at this time, the
hearing is still on 12/17.

Mom reneged on our agreement to accept service (so we served her). She
was supposed to file all material on 12/12. Hasn’t filed anything. The
lawyer she said represented her didn’t, I suspect she will appear pro
se if she shows at all.

It is possible I could still get an order on Monday with a new hearing
date. In the meantime, I assume I must also be ready to have someone
appear for me.

Hence, the reason for my post.

I am handling this case on a pro bono basis through the ABA’s Hague
program. So, optimally, someone could appear for me pro bono. If
needed, I’d be willing to pay a reduced rate to someone to make sure
I’m covered.

Please contact me!!!   My personal cell is :    206-412-3832.  Please
feel free to contact me on my cell phone.
