[WSBAPT] Supplemental needs trusts

Hi list mates

Washington has different rules for trusts for people who are not disabled
yet receiving public benefits which apparently are described at WAC
182.512.0050.
But I do not understand it.  Could someone help me understand how a trust
can work in that situation?
