No; the creditors' claim statute is pretty explicit; I believe it says thirty days from mailing?

Sorry if this seems very basic, but I'm wondering whether CR6 (adding 3-days to time periods when serving by mail) applies to the 30-day period creditors have to file claims when actual notice is given within 30 days of, or after the 4-month claim period expires.
