[WSBAPT] Adding page to will already filed with court?

Hello all,

I have a strange situation, and I'm hoping some of you may have encountered this in the past and know of a relatively easy solution.

We attempted to open a probate by sending the documents via legal messenger. The order was rejected due to a non-self proving will, but the court kept and filed the original will. It turns out that the witness attestation page was inadvertently left behind when we sent the documents to court. We have the original attestation page, but now that the will has been filed with the court, I'm not sure of the best way to "add" the page that should have been there in the first place. Would a declaration from the drafting attorney or one/both of the witnesses be required? Is there another way?

Many thanks.

Joe
