[WSBAPT] Plan of dissolution - charity

[Josh Grant]

I represent a small charity with no property other than funds in a bank. They are going to dissolve for lack of volunteers.
Could someone share with me a simple “plan of dissolution” I can use and send to AAG?  A successor charity has been selected for the funds.
