[WSBAPT] Publish notice of hearing on final account and petition for distribution?

I'm dealing with an intestate probate with minor children. I had the decedent's former spouse, and father of the minor children, appointed as PR. The court granted limited nonintervention powers, requiring court approval for sale of the estate real property and distribution. I'm getting ready to set the hearing on the final account and petition for distribution and come across RCW 11.76.040 which says I need to publish a notice of the hearing 20 days prior to the hearing. Maybe it's because I always do nonintervention probates but I can't ever remember having to do this. Is publication actually required under this fact pattern?
