[WSBAPT] Referral request: review funeral contract by Wednesday

I’m not taking referrals, but the biggest problems I ever had with cemetery plots were transferability after death when the decedent bought more than one or doesn’t use the one they bought.  Make sure the client arranges that! Also, look up People’s Memorial Association before buying.

PC has funeral and cemetery contracts that he is negotiating for himself. Before he signs, he wanted to get an attorney's thoughts on it. He needs to have the final signed contracts to his sales guy at at the funeral home by Wednesday in order to take advantage of end of the quarter promotional pricing.
